On August 20, 2021, Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority (IHCDA) announced $3.9 million in funding for two new affordable housing developments for New Hope Development Services.
Both developments will consist of multi-family duplexes with three bedrooms, two baths, and one-car garages, all green-building certified for energy efficiency. One project is located in Rockport (Spencer County), and the other in Petersburg (Pike County).
Funding for the two projects consists of $3 million in HOME funds and $900,600 in other funding. Both are being developed by New Hope Development Services, Inc., the Housing & Community Development corporation related to New Hope Services, Inc.
