By strongly supporting city and county efforts to maintain a community that offers a great place to call home, Pike County, Indiana is especially distinctive in its vision of promoting business growth while keeping small town charm and hospitality in the forefront of community image.
Through a complimentary partnership of economic growth, prosperity, quality of place and small town charm, the PCEDC positions itself to be proponent for progress and an advocate for Pike County’s future.
Site Promotion
Our organization is the conduit to growth in our community. We have many available sites for development in Pike County, including our Megasite. Pike County local government is supportive of economic development efforts and have become partners in our aggressive pro-growth agenda.
Regional Development
The growth of the Interstate 69 corridor is fostering development. We have created Economic Revitalization Area(s), identified incentives to welcome business and expansions, and continue the shovel-ready process for potential sites.
